Key information:

• Salary: 4300 - 5300 zł/gross on UoP or UZ (B2B contract is also possible)

It is vital that you have:

• Strong Communication Skills: You can clearly articulate ideas and instructions verbally and in writing and listen actively to understand and respond effectively to others.
• Attention to Details: You notice and address small details in tasks, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in all aspects of your work, from documentation to communication.
• Developed Organizational Skills: You manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently, keep track and maintain a structured approach to handle your responsibilities.
• Adaptability and Problem-Solving Attitude: You adjust quickly to changing priorities and unexpected challenges, and approach problems with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
• Developed Collaboration Skills: You work well with team members contributing effectively to group efforts and building positive working relationships.
• English Proficiency: B2+ level, with strong skills in both spoken and written communication
• German Skills: Any level of German is a nice bonus

You will be responsible for supporting our team in:

• Candidate Profile Creation: Develop and manage candidate profiles for our HR and sales teams, ensuring all relevant details are accurately captured.
• Assist in drafting and refining job descriptions.
• Ensure all job postings are accurate, up-to-date, and reflect DAC.digital's branding.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS) regularly.
• Provide daily support to the recruitment team and assist with various recruitment operations as needed.
