About the Junior Data Writer/Researcher role at Dataedo:

We're in search of a tech-savvy individual to dive into our product, conduct research, and turn it into content that resonates with professionals who work with data daily. This role stands apart from typical content writers. It's not about producing standard content or following the usual writing conventions. Instead, we need someone who can use their databases and SQL expertise to effectively communicate the value of our product.

As a Junior Data Writer/Researcher, you will work closely with our Tech, Product, and R&D Teams. This role offers you the chance to develop your knowledge about databases and data tools and gain a deep understanding of our product.

As a Junior Data Writer/Researcher, you will:

• Create various types of technical content for the Dataedo blog and Knowledge Base, including tutorials, articles, short videos, case studies, and instructions
• Collaborate closely with our application on a daily basis to showcase its capabilities
• Leverage your knowledge of databases and SQL to develop content
• Explore the world of database tools and platforms
• Take ownership of the tech content creation process, which involves conducting research, proofreading, and publishing articles and documents. You will also engage with tech and product teams

You're the perfect candidate if you have:

• Experience with databases and SQL, as it is essential for writing about technical and data-related topics
• The ability to grasp the core functionalities of our product
• Some experience in creating tech-oriented content. We would appreciate seeing examples of your writing, even if it's not commercial
• A high level of proficiency in English, both spoken and written (C1)
• Strong ownership skills to effectively manage the content creation process and collaborate with various stakeholders and team members
• The ability to work within the EMEA time zone

It's also nice if you:

• Have prepared simple instructional videos and tutorials
