Business Developer – Decision Support

Due to our ongoing growth and the large number of recruitment projects we undertake for our partners, we are currently looking for: Business Developer – Decision Support

Responsibilities:

• Acting as a link between business stakeholders, regulatory requirements, and IT

• Translating regulatory requirements (e.g., Solvency II, Basel, GDPR) into IT requirements

• Performing requirements analysis related to decision support and data platforms

• Conducting pre-studies, needs analyses, and improvement initiatives

• Acting in a project management capacity when required

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience with decision support and/or data platforms

• At least 3 years of experience in requirements analysis

• Experience from at least one assignment translating regulatory requirements (e.g., Solvency II, Basel, GDPR) into IT requirements

• Ability to act as a project manager and conduct pre-studies, needs analyses, and improvement work

• Very good command of English, both spoken and written
