What will you work on as an Atlassian Content Marketing Expert?

  • Revenue unit takes care of the sales and marketing areas. Currently, we are looking for another astronaut who will drive our B2B content marketing efforts and support sales of our Atlassian professional services to corporate clients worldwide.


Who will you work with? 

  • The team is called Atlassian Services Marketing and there are will be 3 people in it. On a daily basis in this role, you will work closely not only with your team, but also with the sales team and Atlassian Services Engineers and Specialists.


What tasks await you in this role?

  • web content creation: customer-centric landing pages, thought leadership articles & guides;
  • social media content: writing engaging LinkedIn posts, providing content supporting webinars and podcast production;
  • sales enablement content: creating customer case studies, sales decks, comparison sheets, reports & guides;
  • content distribution: recycling pillar content formats into social media posts & newsletters.


You are the one we’re looking for, if:

  • you have the following experience:
  • 4+ years experience in a content marketing / copywriting role, working at tech companies or startups;
  • fluent English: min. C1 level, preferably on a native-speaker level (both written and spoken);
  • copywriting skills in creating short but highly engaging content formats i.e. LinkedIn posts;
  • content marketing skills in creating log content formats like in-depth guides: knowing the ins and outs of the content research, writing, and editing process;
  • content distribution skills via channels like SEO & social media;
  • nice to have: experience working with Atlassian tools.
  • you can also work in a team! In particular, we value:

  • openness to constructive feedback;
  • ability to understand business needs.

You can expect the following 4 recruitment stages:

1. CV screening - we read about your experience and make sure that it matches our needs.

2. Phone interview - during these 30 minutes the recruiter describes the role further and asks a few questions (i.e. about your expectations and notice period).

3. Online interview (and optionally an additional task) - you'll meet with the recruiter and the Head of Marketing area online for about 1h. If necessary, there may be an additional stage - a recruitment task.

4. The decision, which is presented to you about 2 weeks after the interview.
