What will you work on as Partner Manager?


  • Atlassian Services Operations unit provides clients with solutions from the Atlassian world - licenses, implementations, integrations, training, and consultations. This role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with Solution Partners within the Atlassian Ecosystem.


Who will you work with?


  • The team you will be joining is the Atlassian Partnerships Team. It consists of one person so far and that's what we want to change!


What tasks await you in this role?


  • Continuous improvement processes for reaching out and managing relationships with partners,
  • Identifying partnership opportunities and risks,
  • Ongoing management of the Partner Program dedicated to increasing sales of Deviniti applications,
  • Ongoing communication with partners, participation in meetings and events within the ecosystem,
  • Research and analysis of key relationships,
  • Planning, execution and evaluation of activities implemented in collaboration with partners,
  • Working closely with internal stakeholders directly involved in building Deviniti's position in the ecosystem, in particular the Atlassian Services, atlassian Applications, Sales and Marketing teams.


You are the one we’re looking for, if:

- you have the following skills:

  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • Experience in building affiliate programs and/or account management over 3 years
  • Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
  • Networking and relationship management


- but you also can work in a team! In particular, we value:


  • Knowledge of the Atlassian ecosystem or other similar ecosystems and/or business models
  • Practice related to work on development and/or sales of software products,
  • Experience with marketing and/or sales,
  • Project management skills,
  • Strategic mind.
