💰 $2,000–$2,500 Gross Salary

🌍100% Remote | Global Team

🕒 Full-time | Contract of record

🧘‍♂️ 6AM-2PM EST (NY Time)

🌴 31 paid days off/year (21 vacation + 10 sick leave)


Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in media planning or digital marketing roles, ideally in an agency setting
  •  
  •  Proven ability to create and execute cross-channel digital media strategies
  •  
  •  Hands-on experience with platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, DV360, and programmatic DSPs
  •  
  •  Strong analytical skills — able to interpret campaign data and optimize for performance
  •  
  •  Solid understanding of digital advertising trends, tools, and industry best practices
  •   
  • Fluent English (B2+ level or higher)


Nice to Have:

  •  Experience supporting new business proposals or client pitches
  •  
  •  Background in programmatic advertising or working with Growth/Customer Success teams 
  • Familiarity with budgeting and performance forecasting across channels
  • Previous work with remote, distributed teams


Responsibilities:

  •  Design and execute strategic digital media plans aligned with client goals
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless campaign execution  
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights
  • Track industry trends and develop category overviews to inform strategy
  • Contribute to new business pitches with media recommendations
  • Propose innovative tactics and stay up to date on emerging platforms and tools
