Your role:

The primary purpose of this role is to support the Divisional portfolio of change, bringing positive challenge and identification of risk to the overall business performance.

Who are we looking for?

• At least 5 years experience in leadership roles in project delivery
• Ideally at least 2 years experience in the logistics sector
• Ability to lead and manage a cross region, multicultural team
• Display strong leadership in influencing and managing stakeholders of all levels
• DePICT project management methodology
• ACT change management methodology
• Good written and spoken English is essential and other European languages desirable

What will we do together?

• Manage the project portfolio and lead a team of Project Delivery professionals
• Set organizational strategy governing direction to ensure compliance to O2D processes, DePICT Project Management Methodology and Planview (PMO) are applied
• Work with Business Development and Solutions Design team to support the bid process from a Project Delivery perspective
• Build strong working relationships and manage expectations with all stakeholders across regions with particular reference to Operations Owners and Sponsors
• Manage coaching, training, career and development planning opportunities to build capability within Project Delivery Team
• Lead O2D to ensure compliance to O2D Processes from Pre-sales to Project implementation
• Develop / implement PD function continuous improvement strategy locally
• Maintain multi region functional relationships
• Active and engaged member of the Operations Excellence leadership team for LLP Europe
