People and Culture Business Partner (Engineering)

We’re looking for a dynamic and strategic People and Culture Business Partner (P&C BP) to support our Engineering, Analytics, and Web Product teams. In this role, you’ll be the go-to advisor and advocate for our tech-focused departments, driving alignment between business objectives and people strategies. You’ll operate at both strategic and hands-on levels, ensuring that our people practices empower teams to thrive, innovate, and scale. This role also leads company-wide projects tied to our key business priorities, making you a vital contributor to Displate’s growth journey.

What will you do?

• Partner with managers and employees as a trusted HR advisor, building strong, consultative relationships.
• Deeply understand the goals and challenges of Engineering, Analytics, and Web Product functions and convert them into impactful people initiatives.
• Equip leaders with people's insights and data to guide strategic decisions and drive performance.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment for your functions, collaborating closely with hiring managers and Recruitment Partner.
• Partner with stakeholders on workforce planning, headcount budgeting, and team structuring to ensure long-term organizational health.
• Champion performance management practices by supporting goal-setting, feedback, and evaluation cycles.
• Support talent reviews, succession planning, and employee growth planning to future-proof the organization.
• Identify and promote tailored learning and development programs that meet team and business needs.
• Coach managers and team leads to build high-performing, resilient teams.
• Drive initiatives to boost employee experience, motivation, and internal communication.
• Ensure compliance with all internal policies and external labor law requirements.
• Champion ethical, inclusive, and fair practices across the business.
• Lead strategic, cross-functional HR projects aligned with Displate’s annual priorities (e.g., employee experience, leadership development).
• Act as project lead, setting timelines, collaborating across departments, and delivering outcomes that impact the entire company.

General expectations:

• At least 5 years of proven experience as an HR Business Partner, with a strong focus on supporting IT and Engineering teams.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and influencing skills—you know how to connect, challenge, and support.
• Fluency in both Polish and English, written and spoken.
• A track record of close, long-term collaboration with technical teams.
• Solid understanding of HR and IT processes, and how they intersect.
• Proficiency in MS Office, with a sharp eye for detail and structured problem-solving skills.
• A strategic mindset combined with operational agility- you’re comfortable shifting gears between high-level planning and hands-on support.
• Experience in guiding people development, succession planning, and project management
• Assertive communicator.
• Strong presentation skills, and a collaborative spirit.
