Why this role?

With significant growth and scaling, Displate demands a structural approach to strategic project portfolio management. There is also an increasing need in our company to design and implement modes, methods, and processes for cross-departmental collaboration.

The role will be reporting directly to the Chief of Staff and will be under Product Engineering organization. This role is working within a very small team with a big focus and orientation towards the support of the whole organization and its strategy projects (including marketing projects and new product launches).

Responsibilities

• Breaking down the company’s mission and strategy into action plans: discovery phase of strategic projects, workshops with teams to support the creation of Big Rocks roadmap (project’s portfolio), coordination of cross-departmental work
• Project Management: Responsible for all day-to-day execution and oversight related to strategic projects’ conceptualization and delivery
• Business case preparation: Creation of business cases for selected projects
• Process Improvement Operating model: Together with the Chief of Staff, working with various departments to introduce new ways of working, new processes, and changes to the operating model - as the company scales, grows in numbers, and develops. Participating in company-wide systems implementations (such as the implementation of the company’s Intranet system).
• Change Management: Assisting in creating training plans and roll-out of organizational changes, communication of changes and occasionally hosting trainings (e.g OKRs framework related)
• Problem Solving: Ability to think creatively to manage exceptions and issues as they arise from teams within Displate.
• Facilitation: Hosting and facilitation of meetings, workshops, driving agendas, and being responsible for achieving the goal of the meeting
• Analysis: Analysis and interpretation of the company’s KPIs/Scorecards and other important indicators

• have prior experience working with senior executives at the C-suite level
• are proficient in various Agile frameworks, including OKRs, Scrum, and others
• have a keen ability to understand the organization's big picture and long-term vision.

Some tech skills matters too:

• Coda/Notion proficient (or experience with any other collaboration & knowledge management tool based on the database concept)
• Facilitation techniques (Event - storming, Design Thinking and others)
• Fluency in English
• MS Office and Google Suite
• Basic AI prompts
