    As the internal support organization for DNV and DNV owned companies, we deliver shared services within Human Resources, Finance, IT and Real Estate & Procurement to DNV globally. GSS is responsible for many of the tools, processes and daily routines that create the backbone of DNV. 


    About the role:

    We are looking for a highly motivated Training Coordinator to join our HR Office Training Coordinators Team. This team is responsible for the global coordination of company's internal courses, maintaining the portfolio in the Learning Management System, and providing related support to employees worldwide.


    We are offering this position for a duration of 1.5 years, which includes a 6-month trial period.


    Key Tasks:

    • Organization of classroom courses, virtual classes and webinars globally
    • Administer courses in our Learning Management System (LMS)
    • Invoicing and monthly closing of all training related costs
    • Test and implement new solutions to improve customer learning experience
    • Extensive cooperation with trainers, course participants and vendors worldwide
    • Answer customers’ queries in a Case Management System

    About you


    Qualifications:

    • University degree within HR/Administration or other relevant field of study
    • Strong organizational and planning skills
    • Understanding of basic financial processes would be an advantage
    • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
    • English skills required, both written and verbal
