🤓 Invoicing and Customer Service Manager
📍Hybrid/Remote work (3 times a month from office in Gdańsk)
We are seeking a skilled and highly organized professional to join our team as an Invoicing and Customer Service Manager. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the invoicing process and managing all aspects of customer service. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a keen eye for detail. They will play a critical role in ensuring accurate and timely invoicing, maintaining positive customer relationships, and driving overall customer satisfaction.
You choose your workplace - you can work from home or from our modern office in the centre of Gdańsk, in the Tryton office building. However, we assume the need to come to the office three times a month to maintain a balance between our online and offline relations.
Your responsibilities
- Manage the customer service team and invoicing team, providing leadership, guidance, and support,
- Develop and implement customer service and invoicing policies and procedures to enhance overall customer satisfaction,
- Prepare regular reports on invoicing activities, including key metrics and performance indicators,
- Oversee the handling of customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner,
- Foster strong customer relationships by ensuring exceptional service delivery and addressing customer concerns effectively,
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve customer service processes and identify areas for improvement,
- Continuously evaluate and streamline the invoicing and customer service processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy,
- Identify opportunities for automation and implement technology solutions to optimize workflows,
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of invoicing and customer service professionals,
- Conduct performance evaluations, provide regular feedback, and identify training needs to ensure the team's growth and success,
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork, open communication, and a customer-centric culture.
Our requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience),

3-4 years of experience in people management in SSC environment,
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and internal stakeholders,
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail,
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team,
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines,
- Proficiency in English, both verbal and written plus Norwegian language skills – nice to have.
