ERGO Technology & Services S.A. (ET&S S.A.) was established in January 2021 following the integration of ERGO Digital IT and Atena into one entity, leveraging both companies’ strengths and best practices. As a part of ERGO Technology & Services Management AG, the technology holding of ERGO Group AG, we support millions of internal and external customers with state-of-the-art IT solutions to everyday problems.

In October 2022, ET&S S.A. expanded its scope of operations by creating a Business Services unit to contribute in a new way to the growth of ERGO’s business. Acting as a co-partner and internal consultant, it adds non-IT value and supports the development of the entire ERGO Group, currently offering skills in reporting, analysis, actuarial, and input management. About the role

A thriving Engagement & Development team is looking for an experienced professional to support the team in spreading development awareness among ERGO Technology & Services employees, creating development programmes, and many other initiatives within the organisation.

How you will get the job done

• conceptualising and executing both the development and engagement agendas for ET&S
• leading the Internship Development Program
• conducting training needs analysis, with a particular focus on technical roles
• gathering learning requirements, planning training sessions, organising and executing training
• designing and delivering training concepts
• educating employees on the scope of processes and development projects implemented in the company and the tools used
• building relationships with training and consulting companies to obtain information about business support opportunities
• conceptualising communications related to employee development and engagement, as well as organisational culture

Skills and experience you will need

• fluency in English and Polish (C1)
• demonstrated experience (5+ years) in development or similar roles
• a university degree in psychology, philology, human resources, or related studies
• ability to independently create and implement complex development and training programs
• knowledge of development tools and training provider’s market
• ability to create communications tailored to specific channels and audiences
• proven experience in leading employee engagement initiatives
• flexibility to work both as part of a team and individually
• ability to share knowledge and carry out tasks with a strong sense of ownership
• familiarity with MS Office, particulary PowerPoint & Excel
