ERGO Technology & Services S.A. (ET&S S.A.) was established in January 2021 following the integration of ERGO Digital IT and Atena into one entity, leveraging both companies’ strengths and best practices. As a part of ERGO Technology & Services Management AG, the technology holding of ERGO Group AG, we support millions of internal and external customers with state-of-the-art IT solutions to everyday problems.

In October 2022, ET&S S.A. expanded its scope of operations by creating a Business Services unit to contribute in a new way to the growth of ERGO’s business. Acting as a co-partner and internal consultant, it adds non-IT value and supports the development of the entire ERGO Group, currently offering skills in reporting, analysis, actuarial, and input management. We are committed to fostering innovation and meeting the evolving needs of our clients worldwide.

How you will get the job done

• preparing and processing medium-term financial planning and forecasts in coordination with local units (DE/PL/IND)
• budget controlling and analysis of financial data coming from local units (DE/PL/IND)
• preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements as part of the group charging process
• reporting of IT financial figures to the CFO and Management Board as well as preparation of ad hoc analyses
• analysing, improving, designing and implementing common financial processes
• taking over project work/management as well as special tasks in an international environment

Skills and experience you will need

• excellent command of English
• at least 5 years of experience in Finance (Controlling) / Business Analysis or Consulting with a strong focus on Finance
• knowledge of financial controlling and cost management
• knowledge of data management and programs like SAP FI/CO, Clarity, Excel
• strong analytical mindset
• high degree of initiative, commitment and independent working
• experience in working in a multinational environment
• good communication skills

Nice to have

• knowledge of German
