(ET&S S.A.) was established in January 2021 following the integration of ERGO Digital IT and Atena into one entity, leveraging both companies’ strengths and best practices. In October 2022, ET&S S.A. expanded its scope of operations by creating a Business Services unit to contribute in a new way to the growth of ERGO’s business. Acting as a co-partner and internal consultant, it adds non-IT value and supports the development of the entire ERGO Group, currently offering skills in reporting, analysis, actuarial, and input management. How you will get the job done

• coordinating, controlling and processing tasks, such as initiating, tracking and escalating activities or preparing management-oriented reports 
• carrying out additional checks in the departments to monitor specifications or compliance with them (analogue to the Individual Data Processing (IDP) unit) 
• completing checks/workshops in the business units (incl. coordination, preparation, follow-up and documentation) 
• reviewing implementation and documentation of security measures (incl. coordination, preparation, follow-up and documentation) 
• interfering and contacting the Individual Data Processing unit in the event of questions arising in the daily work routine 
• training, a multiplier for the IDP unit in terms of training preparation and follow-up as well as training of the IDP unit on IDP and any new regulatory requirements 

Skills and experience you will need

• fluency in English
• PMO skills
• organizational skills
• stakeholder management skills
• essential risk management and security knowledge
• IDP-specific know-how or experience with the management of IDPs is an advantage
• insurance industry experience is an advantage
