    Your responsibilities

    As the Branch Manager, you will play a critical role in driving our growth and ensuring operational excellence across all branches. This position requires a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership skills who can work effectively in a dynamic environment. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, implementing effective strategies, and fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement. This role also involves close collaboration with local branch teams in Poland.

    • Oversee the daily operations of multiple branches, ensuring consistency and quality of service delivery.
    • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance branch performance and achieve financial targets.
    • Monitor branch performance through data analytics and ensure alignment with market trends and business goals.
    • Lead, mentor, and develop leaders and their teams, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
    • Drive initiatives to optimize customer engagement, increase retention, and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
    • Collaborate closely with regional managers to ensure effective operations.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards across all branches.


    Our requirements

    • Proven experience in a managerial role overseeing multiple locations or branches.
    • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics.
    • Fluency in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
    • Availability for business trips to other cities
