For our client, a financial company, we realize a recruitment process on the position Test Manager.

Project Description:

Welcome to the Finance Integration project towards Group Finance, that is currently altering their application landscape by ingesting all sources to CDP (Hadoop). Being part of this project means that you will work in a diverse, highly international environment with ambitious people, working agile, determined to reach our common goal – to meet the unique needs of our customers. In principal we are looking for a Test Manager who will have below skills and will be able to utilize them to speed up testing activities. Who will coordinate testing activities across different ARTs: DW/FINAC/BRPPM and will make sure that Test Strategy is followed and documented for this project.

Main Resposibilities:

• ensuring that the following activities are conducted in an efficient and well documented way, i.e. working according to latest version of Test Strategy:
• Test planning,
• Test analysis and design,
• Test execution.
• Analyzing, designing, implementing and executing test cases by manual test methods
• Review business and technical requirements, identify test approaches and plan required functional test activities.
• Design and implement E2E Test scenarios and cases
• Execute tests, report results including defects
• Recommending appropriate actions for test results
• Contribute in defining the overall test plan & approach for team
• Work actively with the whole team to secure high quality of the delivery
• Takes an independent approach to ongoing project tasks, is proactive in terms of communicating possible issues, and takes the initiative in relation to relevant solutions.
• Creating test cases and test documentation, automating and performing testing.

An ideal candidate profile:

• General testing knowledge to the level of ISTQB Foundation Level
• Experienced on test tools and test management tools
• Experienced in defining, executing and reporting tests
• Understand test data dependencies for a given context
• Working with international, cross-country environment
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Experienced in working with agile methodology and scrum team will be highly valued
• Have good communication skills to clarify requirements with business with fluent English
• Working from office once per week
