OT/IT Operations Engineer

Our client (energy provider, oil & gas) is looking for an experienced IT/OT Specialist for offshore wind operation and maintenance of all OT/IT local systems.

Your responsibilities

• Ensure safety compliance with company policies and industry regulations
• Monitor SCADA and IT systems, addressing issues promptly
• Coordinate IT system usage and implement best practices
• Manage cybersecurity aspects of offshore wind farms' IT and OT systems
• Provide technical guidance to team members and stakeholders
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment and systems, diagnose issues
• Document inspections, maintenance activities, troubleshooting processes
• Deliver technical integrity, operational support for telecoms, network on renewable assets

Your profile

• Bachelor's degree in Automation or IT or similar subject
• 3-5 years' experience in a similar role required
• Experience with Industrial Automation Control Systems including SCADA equipment essential
• Knowledge of Cyber Security, Network protocols; Telecommunications systems desirable
• Fluency in written/verbal English and Polish required
• You are based in the North of Poland as the job is based in Łeba with 1 day of home office
