👉 The Service Manager role will play a pivotal role in leading and optimizing the performance of our international service teams across Italy, Spain, and England, as well as overseeing EMEA operations and supporting our global market. As the Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of team management, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services, maintaining safety standards, meeting key performance indicators (KPIs), preparing comprehensive reports, managing client relationships, and providing technical support to both service personnel and sales teams. This role requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of service delivery dynamics in a global context.
