How will your daily work look like?


  • Developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract top talents for various positions within the company (i.e. Researchers, Designers, Project Managers or Developers)
  • Supporting and advising Hiring Managers in the whole recruitment process
  • from defining the role (running kick-off meetings, setting skills, experience and behaviour expectations)
  • creating and publishing job advertisements
  • sourcing target candidates
  • interviewing (focusing on previously defined criteria)
  • writing recommendations
  • joining HM interviews or sending tasks *if needed
  • managing candidates throughout the whole recruitment process (we want candidates to feel cared for and informed)
  • sending feedback
  • handling offer negotiations and ensuring that candidates feel welcomed before starting the onboarding process.
  • Developing and maintaining a talent pool
  • Work closely with the HR team on constant improvement of the hiring process
  • Sharing your knowledge and being hungry for new HR trends and best practices



What qualifications do you need to join us?


  • Experience in end-to-end recruitment processes for a senior/managerial level, preferably within the IT / Digital Marketing sector.
  • Proven examples of collaborating closely with Hiring Managers in terms of defining and hiring.
  • Fluent English.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities. 
  • Proactive attitude and data-driven mindset (same goes for your recruitment activities).
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Working with stakeholders would be a plus.

💰 Salary of 8 000 - 10 000 PLN + VAT
