Senior Product Designer

Who are we?

We define, design and develop world-class web & mobile apps, e-commerces (and much more) to unleash the digital potential of our clients. Our secret weapon is a unique end-to-end process (Research & Strategy, Design, Content, Development, Analytics & Optimisation) and a team of A-players! We are working on exciting and challenging projects for companies such as Booksy, KFC and Takamol.

How will your daily work look like?

• Creating designs that meet the client's objectives and requirements based on data, user research and expert insights
• Direct cooperation with our clients and together with them co-create coherent value proposition
• Daily, close collaboration with developers
• Executing ideation workshops, establishing concept designs and ideas
• Working through design problems from beginning to end: translating research insights into ideas that form disruptive new products and features, then designing the workflows and detailed interactions to realize them
• Mapping user flows, defining information architecture, designing wireframes and interfaces
• Collaborating with other designers, as well as with the interdisciplinary team (researchers, strategists, developers, data analysts) to develop and implement design solutionsIterating based on feedback from customers and the whole team
• Improving workflow and defining internal processes

What qualifications do you need to join us?

• 3+ years of documented commercial experience
• Extensive portfolio of commercial projects
• Good command of written and spoken English (B2/C1+)
• Experience in designing digital products (not just websites), i.e. web or mobile apps
• Very good knowledge of the principles of creating digital products, UI patterns, accessibility, and heuristics
• Able to lead and apply successfully various UX methods and tools i.e. personas, user journeys, field observations, etc.
• Analysing user behaviour and funnels using tools like Hotjar or FullStory
• A full understanding of the best design processes and how to tailor them to user and client needs
• Great communication and presentation skills
• Proactive attitude, you solve problems and figure things out
• Good understanding of business and technology
• You're a quick learner
