A Peek into Your Prime Responsibilities at FPWD/ShareTheBoard:

  • Co-crafting and executing our online marketing strategy with a startup flair
  • Creating high-value content aimed at driving awareness of a new technological category
  • Identifying customer profiles and creating tailored communication strategies with the overarching goal of generating new, qualified leads
  • Mastering the art of website construction, information architecture, landing pages, and the intricacies of Web UX to optimize conversions
  • Analyzing data from various marketing channels for actionable insights
  • Incorporating your creativity into daily tasks, acting innovatively, experimenting, and thinking "out of the box" in your everyday work
  • Embracing change and prioritizing quick verification over the pursuit of the perfect plan.


What Excellence We Expect From You:

  • Previous experience in the realm of B2B marketing, product, or SaaS startups is a big plus
  • The ability to understand the decision-making process of users and tailor marketing content accordingly
  • Creativity, a penchant for experimentation, and a rapid learning mindset are your superpowers
  • You must be familiar with best practices of website construction and the workings of the Web
  • No need to be a digital marketing guru, but a solid grasp of SEO fundamentals is a must
  • English proficiency at its zenith (preferably at a native level), especially in the written domain.

Your recruitment process:

  2. Recruitment Task - done at your pace
  3. Marketing technical interview
  4. Meeting with the board (Marcin) - final interview.
