GLOV®, famous for its reusable water-only makeup removing and cleansing gloves, was founded in 2012 by two female founders. The patented GLOV® Original Fiber turns make-up removal into an easy and sustainable experience.
The brand's mission is to limit beauty waste to zero. Therefore from 2020 you can return used textile products to GLOV®, whereas the brand transforms waste into something beautiful as park benches. One bench means we saved 1234 tonnes of disposable wipes.
As the Chief Revenue Officer, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth on a global scale.
Your role will involve:
- Evaluating current sales and marketing strategies, identifying areas for improvement and developing a new, effective strategy to enhance business growth.
- Leading sales and marketing processes to achieve growth goals.
- Collaborating closely with founders to align revenue generation efforts with the company's vision, values and goals.
- Leading high-performing teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Developing and implementing sales strategy to expand the company's market presence, both domestically and internationally.
- Developing and implementing international marketing strategies.
- Making decisions about the tools, paths and methods to be used in implementing marketing strategies.
- Building and maintaining relationships with key clients, partners and stakeholders to drive revenue opportunities and partnerships.
- Utilizing data-driven insights to make informed decisions and adjustments to the sales and marketing approach.
- Monitoring industry trends and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities.
- Contributing to the development of new products and services that meet customer needs and expectations.
- Setting and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of revenue generation efforts.
- Defining marketing goals, KPIs, marketing funnels and metrics.
Requirements:
- Proven experience (at least 5 years) in a senior sales, marketing or revenue-focused leadership role within the FMCG industry.
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and expanding market share in an international context.
- Demonstrated experience in managing international marketing campagnes.
- Understanding of brand building in omnichannel.
- Experience in team management and supporting the development of team members
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.
- Experience in evaluating and overhauling sales and marketing strategies.
- Understanding of industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape.
- Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or MBA is a plus.
