Opis stanowiska

Join our dynamic HR Administration & Talent Acquisition (TA) team in Gdańsk and be an integral part of every step in the process! This is your chance to gain hands-on experience in both HR administration and Talent Acquisition within a fast-paced, complex organization. You’ll collaborate closely with an experienced and supportive team, actively participating in recruitment strategies, sourcing top talent, and enhancing employer branding. You'll be immersed in the full recruitment lifecycle—from candidate search to hiring—while also learning how to support employees and gaining a deep understanding of HR operations.


Responsibilities


As an Intern, your responsibilities will include:


  • Supporting the HR department in areas such as employee documentation, onboarding, and offboarding.
  • Assisting with day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks.
  • Supporting the HR team in organizing company events, employee engagement activities, and training sessions.
  • Handling general HR inquiries from employees.
  • Participating in and providing support for special HR projects
  • Scheduling interviews with candidates, ensuring smooth communication and coordination.
  • Supporting employer branding initiatives, helping to enhance our presence and reputation in the job market.
  • Assisting with candidate sourcing using various recruitment tools and platforms to find the best talent.


Qualifications

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Enthusiasm to learn and develop in the field of HR Operations and TA
  • English language skills on minimum B2 level
