(Junior) Business Controller

As a recruitment agency, we are currently looking for a (Junior) Business Controller to join our dynamic team. As a (Junior) Business Controller, you will be responsible for providing financial and strategic analysis to support decision-making and drive business growth. You will be a key contributor to our organization's success by ensuring that we meet our financial objectives and operate effectively in a rapidly changing business environment.

Your responsibilities

• Provide financial analysis and reporting to support decision-making at all levels of the organization
• Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business planning and performance tracking
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost optimization
• Analyze business performance, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvement
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency
• Manage the budgeting process, including forecasting, monitoring, and reporting on actuals vs. budget
• Provide support to the CFO and senior management team on special projects and initiatives as required

Employer requirements

• 2+ years of experience in finance, accounting, sales or related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and draw meaningful insights
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively present financial information to non-financial stakeholders
• Good proficiency in SAP and MS Office - PowerBI will be an additional asset
• Experience working in an international environment
