Jr Analyst, Record to Report – Krakow

About the role:

The role is key in daily operations of the Accounting and Controlling Centre of Excellence for EMEA, ensuring that all

EMEA books and records and subsequent reporting is delivered timely and accurately and conforms with applicable

accounting standards and company policies and procedures.

In this role you will:

• Assist in maintaining of the books of identified Herbalife entities
• Prepare and posing journal vouchers
• Proper cost allocation
• Prepare of BS accounts reconciliation
• Prepare of US GAAP and statutory adjustments
• Actual vs forecast analysis monitoring the variances between the budget and actual costs for all departments within the country (entity)
• Perform regular analyses of the variances
• Cooperation with other Finance teams and Finance Retained Organization
• Assist in preparation of documents and reports for statutory and internal audit Additional tasks on request (ad hoc request from Supervisor)

Our requirements:

• Higher education in Accounting or Finance
• Experienced within Finance / Accounting in an International / Multi-national company as a plus, but not required
• Experienced with Shared Services or Outsourcing Centre environment, as well as working in a multicultural, international environment, understanding of relevant regional accounting practices and the regulatory environment
• Good all round knowledge of Accounting
• MS Office knowledge required, Oracle (or the other ERP system) knowledge preferable
• Experience of Excel to an advanced level
• Able to work independently and is self-organized
• Strongly motivated to learn and demonstrates a proactive approach
• Communicates effectively and possess strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to communicate in a professional way with upper management, other departmental teams and finance professionals at all levels, both internally and externally
• Very good command of English (fluent level).
• Willingness to work in international and a fast-paced changing environment
