Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing payroll and personal data for employment contracts and B2B contractors (sick leaves, holidays, etc.).
- Being responsible for the B2B invoices flow.
- Preparation of the monthly payroll journal.
- Verifying time trackers against contractor invoices.
- Monitoring contract validity, extensions, and terminations.
- Close cooperation with the HR department.
- Taking care of the correct circulation of invoices, their correctness, entering them in the accounting records, and processing them for payment.
- Downloading bank statements and reconciling bank balance with the general ledger.
- Keeping records, and preparing reports.
You’ll be a perfect fit if you have:
- 1-2 years of similar experience as a Payroll Specialist.
- You have an Accounting degree and/or Payroll degree.
- You know what a financial statement, balance sheet, profit, and loss account is.
- You can calculate the employer's costs depending on the type of contract.
- You like working in Excel.
- You are characterized by high accuracy and inquisitiveness.
- You can find errors in billing yourself.
- You like working with finances.
Nice to haves:
- An experience in Accounting.

- The only thing you need to remember is to attend the obligatory meetings. Due to the nature of this job, we require you to work from the office (based in the center of Warsaw) 1-2 days per month.
