Payroll Specialist with German

For our international Client which is a leader in water, hygiene and infection prevention solutions we are looking for Payroll Specialist with German.

Requirements

• Graduated in finance, accounting or similiar field
• 1-2 years of proven experience in Payroll
• Language skills: English and German at least B1/B2
• Very good knowledge of Workday and Excel
• Knowledge of SAP will be an asset

Responsibilities

• Preparing data prior to payment and checking their accuracy using the appropriate tools and systems
• Cooperating with an external payroll service provider
• Supporting monthly and annual financial reporting
• Cooperating with other company teams to ensure timely payroll settlement
• Administrating payroll in cooperation with external partners
• Preparing job references and employment contracts
• Providing support to employees in responding to queries regarding payroll, Workday system etc.
