Recruiter
Your responsibilities will include:
- Responsibility for end to end recruitment process for Tech, Sales, Marketing and Administrative positions,
- Actively searching for candidates using various of channels and tools,
- Conducting interviews with candidates, verifying their competences and fit the company culture and the position,
- Maintaining and building the relationship with candidates, providing the feedback and supporting during the whole process,
- Preparing reports and statistics about the recruitment process,
- Supporting Employer Branding activities.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1,5 years od experience on the independent recruiter position,
- English language on a very good level (at least C1),
- Knowledge of the labour market, tools and sources of searching for candidates,
- Interest in the topic of recruitment, building great Candidate Experience, recruitment analytics and Employer Branding,
- Proactive and can-do attitude, responsibility and ownership.
