About the role:

The Mobility & Immigration Specialist will be the main point of contact for domestic and international global and regional mobilizations, with a focus on EMEA, assisting employees, business leaders, and HRBPs through the mobilization life cycle. The Specialist will assist with securing and maintaining work visas in multiple countries. The position will also support the Global Mobility Director in developing a world class, innovative mobility program with a strong commitment to positive employee experience.

In this role, you will:

• Be end-to-end responsible for mobilizations including cost estimates, briefings with employees, and initiation and coordination of services with vendors,
• Effectively partner with the business, various corporate functions and HRBP’s to provide advice and guidance on mobility issues and strategies in multiple countries and regions,
• Be the regional point of contact for mobility consultations, policies, programs, and governance,
• Support the manager in program operations, meetings, projects, and various duties,
• Effectively partner with various payrolls, and finance stakeholders across the globe to ensure the highest level of compliance,
• Leads and assists with the year-end compensation accumulation and imputed process project,
• Maintains current with global trends and regulations that may impact the mobility ecosystem,
• Responsible for consulting and partnering with immigration provider to develop immigration strategy, and secure/maintain work visas throughout the region.

Our requirements

• Min. 7-10 years of experience in related corporate mobility, tax, and immigration,
• Knowledge of MS Office package,
• Fluent in English, verbally and in writing,
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines,
• General business acumen, demonstrated analytical and creative thinking ability,
• Enthusiastic, positive, and keen to learn with excellent written and oral communication skills,
• Strong commitment to high customer service and business results,
• A self-motivated team player with a passion for growing a business,
• Strong customer service focus with an understanding of the importance of confidentiality.
