About the role:

As a HR Transactional Services Representative you will support EMEA HR team in setling up tranzitioned process and policies to GBS Krakow. You will interact with local HR Managers, HR Business Partners and HR Admins and provide customer service to Herbalife Nutrition employees and managers based on their needs. You will serve as the contact point for potential, current, and former employees in terms of: Onboarding & Offboarding, Benefits Administration, Learning and Development Administration, Rewards Administration, Personnel records maintenance, Data Management, Reporting & Analytics. Provide daily administrative & operational support for regional HR tasks that can be managed remotely.

In this role you will:

• Actively participate in transition of the Netherlands knowledge transfer, preparation of process documentation, daily operational support, building relationship with key stakeholders and external service providers,
• Prepare required HR Documentation (employment contracts, contract amendments, etc.),
• Perform HR tasks (admin support for all processes from hire to retire including document management, data management, customer service),
• Support ad hoc reporting & analytics tasks, support administration of HR Dashboards,
• Support automation and digitalization projects,

Our Requirements:

• Good knowledge of HR systems and practices (Oracle, SAP or Workday),
• Good understanding of HR Shared Service environment and practices - strongly desired,
• Experience in transition & transformation projects - nice to have,
• Very good interpersonal skills and work ethics,
• Ability to handle confidential matters in a professional manner,
• Fluency in English (B2) and Dutch (C1) language both written and verbal,
• Good team player,
• Ability to adapt to a changing environment and to facilitate progressive change.
