About the role:
We’re looking for an HR expert passionate about the L&D area who will help us develop People Business Partners Team. People Business Partner in ICEO cooperates with leaders to implement best practice people strategies requiring an innovative and collaborative approach. By joining us, you will have a huge impact on ICEO’s growth and scale and be exposed to many different aspects of the business with a primary focus on managing and shaping Learning and Development initiatives. You will act as a strategic partner for a dedicated department, and implement programs influencing the whole organization.
You will have the chance to unlock your potential in two key Domains:
1. Providing dedicated support for ICEO leaders and their teams (~ 40% of time)
- acting as a People Business Partner for 1 or 2 departments
- coaching and mentoring leaders on people-related matter including talent assessment, development and succession, and organization effectiveness
- providing guidance and assist in implementing business restructures, workforce planning, and headcount modeling
- analyzing teams' health metrics to develop solutions increasing satisfaction, productivity and retention
- supporting onboarding, offboarding, and other HR processes within assigned teams
- proactively managing and resolving employee relations issues
2. Creating and executing L&D initiatives (~ 60% of time)
- aligning L&D initiatives to ICEO business strategy and goals
- evaluating organizational development needs and implementing relevant learning methods
- delivering external and internal trainings, negotiating contracts with vendors
- designing and developing job architecture and career path frameworks
- continuously assessing L&D initiatives effectiveness by analyzing trends & metrics
- strengthening L&D competencies within People Business Partners Team
What do we expect from you?
- Experience as a HR Business Partner or HR Manager in a high-growth international company
- Experience in managing L&D projects and initiatives
- Successful track record of developing and delivering high quality training programs
- Experience in building HR processes or programs from scratch
- Ability to perform needs and performance gap analysis, develop training objectives, and evaluate the effectiveness of training.
- Ability to build relationships & operate in a matrix structured and geographically dispersed environment.
- Fluency in English and Polish
