The solution is used by 50+ companies across various industries, coming from 27+ markets and including brands such as Limango, Heineken, Ugami, ALDO, or the U.S. Soccer Federation. We are 40+ loyalty and technology professionals who are here to disrupt the future of the loyalty industry.

Please note this is a hybrid role (approximately 3 days a week at the office, rest - home) based in Wrocław.

What you will do...

• Handling and coordinating purchases, orders, etc;
• Organisation of business meetings, business lunches, domestic and international business trips, etc;
• Taking care of our office, for example watering the plants, managing kitchen supplies, etc;
• Handling incoming and outgoing mail;
• Liaising with our external accountants, ie. sending in sale invoices;
• Keeping track of incoming and outgoing invoices, uploading them in our invoice tracking system;
• Filing documents;
• Other administrative/support tasks include working closely with the back-office team, board, and other internal stakeholders and assisting them when necessary.

You will be a perfect match if you are…

• Motivated, ready to learn, and have an open mind and positive attitude;
• Experienced with at least some of the aforementioned responsibilities;
• Used to working in result-driven environments where speed and agility matter;
• A people-person - you enjoy working with others and others enjoy working with you;
• Fluent in Polish (C2) and English (at least B2).
