    HR Operations Manager at ITDS Poland

    ITDS Poland is a dynamic and fast-growing company specializing in IT engineer outsourcing, Product Development, and Integration services across the financial, fintech, e-commerce, and healthcare industries. We seek a reliable and proactive HR Operations Manager to enhance our HR team. We want to hear from you if you have the potential, drive, and passion for work!



    Your Key Responsibilities:

    • Advisory for organizational units regarding Labor Law and the Civil Code
    • Lead and manage the HR component of the month-end closing process
    • Communicate with employees and contractors for timely reporting and document collection
    • Coordinate payroll activities with other departments to ensure high-quality service and resolve operational problems
    • Oversee the preparation, administration, and updating of Employment, Mandatory, and B2B contracts
    • Manage personal documentation collection
    • Administer candidates' background checks
    • Manage the company’s HRM system
    • Prepare reports and statements for the Finance Department and Management Team
    • Lead payroll-related audits, initiatives, and projects to improve payroll processes and services
    • Cooperate with external vendors for Health & Safety training and payroll administration
    • Implement automation in HR Operations processes
    • Develop and maintain HR policies 
    • Manage and delegate tasks efficiently within the team



    You’re Ideal for This Role If You Have:

    • At least 4 years of experience in HR Operations or Payroll
    • First experience as a Manager
    • A Master’s Degree (HR-related studies preferred)
    • Strong knowledge and practical experience with Labor Law and the Civil Code
    • Deep understanding of payroll principles, concepts, policies, industry practices, and standards
    • Outstanding communication and teamwork skills, making you a trusted point of contact for the organization
    • Proficiency in reporting tools such as Excel (Power BI is a plus)
    • Experience with payroll process automation
    • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
    • A proactive, goal-oriented, and self-driven attitude
    • Fluency in English


    Nice to have:

    • Payroll certification
    • HR Operations experience in the outsourcing industry
