HR Operations Specialist
As an HR Operations Specialist, you will be working for one of the most prestigious investment banks in the world. You will provide operational support services, including record maintenance, documentation, account management, and data retrieval. In this role, you will act as a key liaison between operations staff, relationship managers, project managers, custodians, and clients, ensuring smooth and efficient HR processes aligned with the company's operational standards.
Your main responsibilities:
- Update and maintain help content used by Knowledge Hub end users to service client inquiries.
- Execute assigned tasks, including annual review certification and change requests.
- Serve as a liaison between the business and operations, ensuring effective communication and follow-up on open items.
- Conduct needs assessments and develop content-related solutions based on business requirements.
- Research and resolve inquiries related to HR policies, procedures, and business operations.
- Monitor task progression to ensure timely completion of assignments.
- Ensure consistent application of team process controls and compliance with operational standards.
- Deliver an exceptional client experience while fulfilling operational requirements.
You're ideal for this role if you have:
- Up to 2 years of relevant experience in HR operations or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- A self-motivated and detail-oriented approach to work.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
