Your key responsibilities:
Team Management - our HR structure is divided into two departments - Operation and Payroll (2 team members) and People & Culture (2 team members):
- Task delegation
- Support, coaching & mentoring
- Development of skills and competencies in the team
ESG and organizational culture:
- Lead and maintenance of CSR initiatives and processes (taking part in Ecovadis certification)
- Management of Wellness Program in the Company
- Proactive management of satisfaction and eNPS surveys
- Management the company's participation in Employer Branding competitions and rankings (GPtW, Poland’s Best Employers, etc)
- Implementation and management of effective performance tools to elevate employee’s productivity and satisfaction
- Organization of trainings and workshops (internal & external)
- Provision of support and coaching in the area of team management to Company Leaders & Managers
HR Operation and Payroll:
- Management of key employee-related processes: onboarding, offboarding, structure changes
- Automation implementation to HR processes
- Participation in HR software implementation and customization
- Prepreration of employees-related reports
Other:
- Development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company’s goals and ambitions
- Leading internal campaigns and the company’s communication administration
- Preparation, implementation and maintenance of policies (i.e.ESG policy, Diversity & Inclusion Policy)
- Preparation and coordination of annual HR budget
- Participation in Audits
You’re ideal for this role if you have:
- At least 4 years of experience in HR Management
- Master’s Degree (HR-related studies are preferred)
- Very good knowledge and practical experience related to ESG initiatives and projects
- Deep understanding of Employee Lifecycle and Employee Experience metrics
- Experience and proven effectiveness in preparing organizations for HR audits and ranking (EcoVadis, Great Place to Work, and others)
- Outstanding communication and teamwork skills that will help you to be a trusted point of contact for the rest of the organization
- Excellent skills in the use of MS Office tools
- Emotional intelligence to deal with objections and handle negotiations
- Experience with automation of manual processes
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Proactive and professional attitude, goal-oriented, and self-driven
- Fluency in English
