Product Manager – LEAD (Payment)

Warsaw – based opportunity with a possibility to work remotely 3 days a week 

As a Product Manager, you will work for our Client – a world leader in digital payments, facilitating more than 215 billion payments transactions between consumers, merchants, financial institutions and government entities across more than 200 countries and territories each year. Your work will have a direct impact on billions of people around the world – helping to unlock financial access to enable the future of money movement.

Your main responsibilities: Selling solutions, partnering with customers to discuss product priorities

• Leveraging customer feedback and experience to identify new products and APIs desired by the market
• Being able to work with a hands-on mentality in a deal team and being responsible for the ´product storyline´ in an RFP
• Being in the lead for the commercialization of the partner solution in Austria
• Being the dedicated local point of contact for questions related to products of the partners
• Building product solutions for clients with the right understanding of the client situation, based on complex information
• Leading the product projects and facilitating client workshops in these projects regarding topics e.g., Future of Credit and enhancing the card proposition Premium and Benefits

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Product Manager
• Knowledge and understanding of the payment market is a must
• Strong project management and analytical skill sets
• Able to combine aspects of the business and commercialization with product knowledge
• Able to manage multiple client engagements next to each other with different product topics
• Highly collaborative with bringing a structured problem-solving approach to client engagements
• Being able to tailor product information to the specific client situation for a wide client audience
• Fluent English
• Proficiency in German (would be a strong plus)
