We are looking for a motivated Targeting specialist to join our friendly team following the company's growth and expansion!

Key responsibilities: 

• Planning, configuration and implementation of targeted advertising in Meta (Facebook, Instagram);
• Developing and implementing advertising strategies to increase sales and brand awareness;
• Optimisation of advertising campaigns to achieve maximum ROI;
• Analysing advertising effectiveness, preparing reports and recommendations to improve results;
• Working with creative materials, basic skills in creating creatives;
• Monitoring of market trends and implementation of new targeting tools.

Main requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in targeting; 
• Deep knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads и TikTok Ads;
• Working experience with Google Analytics and data interpretation
• Language Skills: English (B1+), Russian (Native)/Ukrainian (Native).
• Ability to work with creatives and an understanding of visual marketing principles;
• Creativity, attention to detail;
• Desire to constantly improve your knowledge and skills.
• Targeting experience in countries such as the US, Canada, UK would be a plus.
