We've been continuously growing over the last decade, focusing on customer satisfaction, technology, and introducing new services. Our team now consists of 150+ people spread across six continents.


Our marketing team is currently undergoing a transformation to help the company achieve new growth milestones. We want to refresh our brand, narrow down our voice, and run cutting-edge campaigns across multiple channels. Joorney has been steadily growing together with our 1,000+ partners: immigration law firms, solo practitioners, and consultants. As Partner Marketing Manager, your mission will be to continue to build out our partner pool through a partner program, deepen our relationships with our top partners, build affiliate marketing as part of our growth engine, and look for new partnership opportunities with other companies and products targeting the same market.


What you will do:


  • Develop affiliate marketing strategy, inviting the global affiliate marketing community to promote Joorney's services directly to end-clients.
  • Establish co-marketing partnerships with companies targeting the same markets, looking for synergies and opportunities for growth.
  • Grow the partner program at Joorney, from technical solution to comms.
  • Together with the account management team, develop a strategy to strengthen our relationships with top partners, assuring steady growth of deals from strategic partner accounts.
  • Take ownership of the onboarding process for new partners, ensuring that working with Joorney is a frictionless experience.
  • Provide partners with the necessary resources, assets, training, and support to effectively promote and sell the company's products and services.
  • Monitor the partner/affiliate program performance, tracking key metrics and KPIs, and providing regular reports and insights to partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Use data from project delivery and sales in the strategic development of the partner program.
  • Act as an advocate for partners within the company, ensuring their feedback is heard and addressed. Work closely with cross-functional teams such as sales, marketing, operations, and product to align partner activities with overall business goals, provide necessary support, and ensure a consistent and coordinated approach.
  • Collaborate with the rest of the marketing team, ensuring we prioritize partnerships and seize opportunities to acquire new ones.
  • Make sure Joorney is represented at relevant online & offline strategic partner events.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and partner ecosystem dynamics, proactively seeking ways to enhance the partner program, optimize processes, and drive better results.


What you have:


  • Strong experience in partnership management; previous experience in developing a partner program from zero is a plus.
  • A proven track record within B2B marketing and/or sales.
  • Experience in driving marketing strategy from concept to execution.
  • Experience in lead generation and business development.
  • Skills in using data to develop marketing briefs and project plans that impact business results.
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and structured working style.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
  • Global mindset and entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Partial availability during EST hours for communication with team members located in North and South America.
