As Performance Marketing and Analytics Manager you will be leading the development and execution of our international paid marketing strategy, covering search, video, display, affiliates, social, and other channels. You will also be leading the way in the delivery of cutting-edge analytics, enabling us to make data-driven decisions. You will be contributing to the generation of insights to help better understand our audience, expand reach, increase engagement, and ultimately drive sales.
We have a team hungry for more and better data and a good budget for well-thought paid campaigns.
What you will do:
- Own the development of a paid digital marketing strategy across paid search, paid social, and other paid marketing channels, including planning, tracking, setup, optimization, and reporting of all paid media campaigns.
- Launch our remarketing strategy.
- Build Joorney's web analytics with GA, GTM, GDS.
- Liaise with the Data team to feed and extract data from the CRM (we use HubSpot) and generate insights that drive our decision making.
- Develop processes around conversion and quality score optimization, landing pages, A/B testing opportunities.
- Review and optimize existing account campaign structures, audience strategies, bidding strategies, creatives, landing page experience, and conversion flows.
- Act as an internal source of knowledge on Joorney's marketing performance, support the marketing team with data and ideas.
- Innovate and experiment.
What you have:
- Strong experience in advertising across search engines and social media platforms.
- Great knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Looker, LinkedIn Ads.
- Familiarity with competitive research tools like SpyFu, SemRush, Ahrefs.
- Experience working with a CRM.
- Keen analytical skills with the ability to turn complex, disparate datasets into insights that drive strategies and solutions.
- High level of proactivity and problem-solving skills, sense of ownership.
- Experience developing and managing the marketing funnel and balancing between brand and sales objectives.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Partial availability during EST hours for communication with team members located in North and South America.
