Twój zakres obowiązków

Suppliers:

• Search for new Jula suppliers: negotiate, asses them, measure they capacity and capability, industry reputation and cost competitiveness,

• Ensure that supplier read and understand Jula supplier’s guideline and general terms, and make sure supplier sign back purchasing contract,

• Review of existing suppliers performance include prices, delivery and product quality,

• Work on suppliers consolidation and optimization to set up best Jula supplier database,

• Develop long-term cooperation supplier and strategic supplier for new R&D development area.

Products:

• Search for products to Jula assortment,

• Systematically improve knowledge of current products and understanding of the market,

• Make comparison report for the products and prices, and select the best possible product to HQ Product Manager,

• Price negotiation for current items based on changed of raw material, currency exchange rate.

Trips:

• plan regular trips to visit supplier/factory and follow up works.

Communication:

• Keep the ongoing and regular contact with Product Managers,

• Keep all required files updated so there will be right level of communication flow between functions and locations,

• Keep daily internal work communication,

• Work with quality & CSR and supply chain team to ensure product quality and on time delivery.

Wymagania

• Sourcing/buying/purchasing experience in international organization, min 3 years,
• Knowledge of products and suppliers,
• Analytic, self-driven, structured skills,
• English language is a must,
• Permanent location: Warsaw.
