MDM Junior Administrator

For our growing financial department we are currently looking for Master Data Management Junior Administrator, who will support Trade Compliance activities.

What will you need to do as Master Data Management Junior Administrator in KION?

• First of all- you will check completeness and quality of incoming declarations (According to agreed rules)
• You’ll contact suppliers in case of missing data (i.e. due dates)
• You’ll enter data into the appropriate Trade Compliance applications (for example SAP)
• You’ll complete article Master Data where required, i.e. contact details, goods description, etc.
• You’ll cooperate with the global Trade Compliance team

Your personality:

• People person, who truly enjoys communicating with others, establishing good relations with them and is open to work in an international environment :)
• English language fan
• A problem solver with an analytical mind

What will you need to succeed in the role?

Must-have:

• English level on at least B2 level (speaking and writing)
• Analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work within a European virtual team

Nice-to-have:

• Experience in a similar position or any master data processes
• Good SAP and Excel knowledge
