Supplier Capacity Management – Key User & Administrator

KION has recently launched its "Collaborative Demand and Capacity Management" platform, which serves as a risk monitor & early warning system for future capacity constraints by balancing the material demands of KION's production plants and its suppliers. After a successful pilot, a newly established team will drive the EMEA-wide supplier roll-out and sustainable use of the CDCM process and tool.
Because of that, we are currently looking for a Supplier Capacity Management – Key User & Administrator, who will be responsible for KION proprietary supplier collaboration platform CDCM and maintenance and enhancement of PowerBi Tool, This person will develop the tools and plays the role of Key User and support for internal and external users.

What you will do:
- Responsible for KION proprietary supplier collaboration platform CDCM
- Maintenance and enhancement of PowerBi Tool (CDCM)
- Dedicated contact for KION IT for CDCM Tool
- Develop further reporting tools based on PowerBI
- Provide required input data from SAP
- Support supplier development and supplier risk department for tool developments based on MS Office (Excel) and PowerBI
- Perform KION-internal training re. CDCM tool
- Request and coordinate external systems provider support
- Perform changes in the PowerBI dashboard
- Execute troubleshooting in case of technical or user issues during the regular CDCM reporting cycle
- Request and coordinate IT support in case of SAP and Azure database changes or issues
What will you need to succeed in the role?
Must-have:
- Fluent English - minimum C1
- Bachelor or master in business, engineering, or equivalent (preference is technical background)
- 5+ years of experience in the industrial area, ideally in OEM, manufacturing, or, the automotive sector
- Proven experience with Microsoft PowerBI, and other MS Office tools;
- Knowledge of SAP
- Purchasing, Procurement, Logistics, and/or Supplier Relationship Management experiences
- Ability to cooperate with business and IT experts
- Good project management, communication, and, organizational skills
- Proficient decision-making and analytical problem-solving skills
- Reporting and process elaboration with excellent presentation skills
Nice-to-have:
- Knowledge of additional European lanlanguages (German, French or Italian)
- Experience with Microsoft Azure, and supplier collaboration tools
