Senior Marketing Specialist

We are looking for an ambitious and dynamic Senior Marketing Specialist to join our exciting journey of rapid growth in the IT industry.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the Marketing Director to fuel the growth of our company. You will take the lead in managing activities aimed at increasing brand awareness and executing smart strategies for lead generation and talent acquisition, making a significant impact on our growth trajectory.

Your key responsibilities:

• Full ownership of managing the company’s Social Media accounts (LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram), including creating attractive graphics and engaging content in Polish and English, adapted to suit different channels and target groups 
• Formulating PR plans and strategies and implementing them; cooperating and nurturing relationships with the media to enhance the company’s presence in online and offline channels
• Copywriting expert articles, blog posts, press releases, case studies, and other Marketing materials
• Website content management
• Creating and distributing external mass-mailing campaigns 
• Producing and distributing internal Newsletters and creating various internal campaigns
• Cooperating with the company’s internal departments and external Marketing Agencies
• Event planning and management 
• Providing general support to other Marketing tasks

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• At least 4 years of work experience in Marketing (preferably in the IT industry)
• Experience in executing successful Marketing campaigns aimed at generating leads
• Experience in developing creative and engaging Social Media Strategies
• Experience in executing PR plans, including building targeted media lists 
• Experience in producing graphic creations (in Canva, Figma, or other design platforms)
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Polish 
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in diverse teams
• Self-drive, proactiveness, ambition & creative thinking skills
