Your Responsibilities
- Managing recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
- Implementing HR solutions to support business objectives (e.g., job descriptions, career paths, employee evaluations, etc.)
- Providing ongoing support to managers on employee matters
- Building an effective organizational culture and structure
- Driving employee development by creating tailored development programs
- Collaborating with an external payroll service provider and preparing payroll data
- Cooperating with the Office Assistant on HR-related topics
Our Requirements
- Experience as an HRBP (minimum 2 years)
- Strong business acumen and a desire to grow in the HR role
- Practical knowledge of labor law
- Expertise in HR processes and tools
- Ability to work independently with the business
- Openness to working in a very dynamic and rapidly changing environment
