As a part of our continuous growth, we are currently looking for a Manager located in Warsaw as a part of our extended team. In this client facing role, the manager will support Finance Strategy & Transformation projects for our Swiss-based clients.

Manager - Finance Transformation

Job title description

• Provide strategic advice to clients in the area of Finance Transformation (Finance strategy, Finance service delivery model centralization, Finance process optimization and digitalization)
• Manage Finance Transformation projects of different complexity and scale
• Directly collaborate with clients, KPMG experts in Switzerland and KPMG member firms worldwide
• Represent KPMG in the market by acting as a role model for clients and KPMG employees
• Build trusted relationships with client organization based on subject matter expertise
• Assess, analyze and benchmark Finance organization performance of our clients and outline most optimal optimization solutions
• Structurally and convincingly communicate to the client regarding the identified performance gaps and optimization opportunities
• Provide high quality design options for the prioritized solutions
• Support implementation of the prioritized solutions
• Ensure compliance of deliverables in line with KPMG and client standards
• Support implementation of centralized Finance operating models, based on GBS, Shared Service and Outsourcing structures
• Support optimization and automation of Finance processes, including Purchase-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report, Plan-to-Perform and other
• Perform project budgeting and monitor project financial performance
• Support, coach and supervise less experienced team members
• Prepare project proposals and financial offers for our existing and prospect clients

Requirements

• 5-7 years of professional experience in a Consulting firm with the focus on Finance transformation
• Finance transformation know-how (key design options, toolsets and methodologies)
• Experience in managing large scale, global projects
• Ability to work in a dynamic, international environment
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Business Informatics, Business Engineering or similar
• Solid understanding of end-to-end Finance processes, such as Purchase-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report, Plan-to-Perform processes, incl. know-how about IT solutions supporting process digitalization
• Strong capabilities in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to deliver high-quality services under tight deadlines
• Problem-solving attitude, very good organization and coordination skills
• Proactive and self-driven personality and motivation to shape own career
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, German highly preferred
• Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) is a plus
