🔍As a Brand Controller your scope will be:
- Management of the margins and profitability of dedicated brands under the Consumer Products Division.
- Preparation and overseeing of the marketing budgets, anticipating risks and opportunities.
- Review the monthly business performance and provide strategic and financial action plan partnering with the Brand Managers.
- Management of the marketing spending to be aligned with the budget and analyze the effectiveness of the marketing spending in order to maximize the return on investment.
- Undertaking all cost analyses in order to detect risks and propose the actions required to maintain budgetary objectives.
- Daily monitoring of administrative process behind marketing expenses (PO creation, appropriate classification).
- Animation and tracking timely completion of internal control alternative actions.
- Rules of Engagement implementation and monitoring.
- Playing an active role as a Business Partner for the Marketing Population.
🔍We are looking for:
- An enthusiastic professional with a change mindset and at least 3 years of relevant previous experience in financial controlling.
- University degree in Finance & Accounting or/and International Business & Economics.
- Independently manage workload and prioritize appropriately to meet deadlines.
- A team player with a positive can-do attitude and willingness to go the extra mile for a common goal.
- Good analytical skills as well as an ability to step back and see the ‘big picture’.
- Strong interpersonal skills: communicating, defending ideas, and convincing.
- Efficiency-oriented: proactively challenging the status quo to design more efficient ways of working.
- Fluent in professional English.
