We are looking for an ambitious, proactive, and entrepreneurial team player on a position of SupplyPlanner to join high-performing SupplyChain Team—an essential engine behind the success of iconic LUX brands across the Polish & Baltic markets.
As part of our Supply Chain team, you will:
- Manage supply of fragrance\makeup\skincare product portfolio ~1,000 SKUs, covering both sellable and non-sellable items.
- Manage full lifecycle of the product catalogue, substitutions and supply parameters.
- Ensure strong product availability maintaining a service level above 90%, securing high satisfaction for our customers
- Proactively communicate risks, out-of-stock situations, and estimated availability dates while steering local prioritization decisions.
- Monitor and reduce levels of slow-movers, obsolete, and damaged stock through data-driven action plans.
- Lead and consolidate monthly root cause analyses of out-of-stock issues and follow through on action plan execution.
- Collaborate closely with international logistics and supply planning teams as well as cross-functional partners: Marketing, Sales, Customer Care, Warehouse, and Master Data.
- Drive strategic and operational projects with tangible impact on supply chain efficiency and market success—including the launches and rollouts of our most iconic innovations.
- Take ownership of personal supply chain initiatives that support continuous improvement and local excellence.

Skills:
- Proven experience working in SAP
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, lookups, basic modeling), PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
- Higher education in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Economics, or related fields.
- English proficiency sufficient for daily communication and collaboration
- Previous experience in supply planning, logistics, or FMCG environments is highly appreciated.
- Basic understanding of supply chain KPIs and planning cycles.
