For our internal global team, we are looking for Accounts Receivable professional with German language skills and the willingness to work in truly international environment on exciting global projects.

You will become a part of global corporate finance LHH internal accounting team.

AR Accountant with German (DACH region)



📌 Location – Poland

📌 Flexible hybrid work model (Warsaw, Łódź, Kraków, Wrocław) or fully remote job

📌 Full-time/ Employment contract




As an AR Accountant you will join LHH international team, taking a part in global projects and being responsible for Accounts Receivable field in DACH region. You will play a key role in AR accounting tasks, reporting directly to the DACH Head of Accounting . As this not typical shared service role, you will have an opportunity to grow professionally in accounting field gaining broaden perspective and experience in various processes and becoming a business partner for the company internal team and external clients.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Preparation of Accounts Receivable transactions and processing customer payments
  • Preparation and maintenance of financial, business transactions, billing of invoices and credit notes, regular reconciliation of AR accounts, preparation of recharge invoices, rebates and deferred revenue calculation
  • Maintenance of Accounts Receivable process according to the deadlines and company’s policy
  • Maintaining customer accounts
  • Cash collection, contact with clients while building strong and long term relationships
  • Reporting tasks – preparation of weekly and monthly revenue report, monthly balance sheet reconciliations and others
  • Active participation in month end close related tasks and activities
  • Supporting audit activities, preparation of relevant data
  • Close cooperation with internal business departments and external clients



REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar role – AR, OTC, preferably in an international environment
  • Previous experience from working for DACH market would be an asset
  • Degree in finance, accounting or related fields would be an asset
  • Very good knowledge of German and English (B2 level)
  • Excel, accounting program skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to build and maintain long term relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Open-minded attitude focused on broaden accounting perspective with business oriented approach and willingness to develop professionally
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
  • Good work organization and ability to meet deadlines
