Junior Customer Service Specialist with German (fully remote possible)

Your role and main tasks

Customer Service via Email and Telephone

The goal of the Position: 

• Professional handling and processing of inquiries from our German and Polish customers via email and telephone, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
• Direct cooperation with our payment team to find the best solutions for customers, support for back-office tasks.

You will need

Professional requirements for the candidate:

Very good German skills, both spoken and written - grammatically correct (min. B2 level) are a must 

Personal requirement for the candidate:

• Positive attitude towards the world and people
• Independence in solving queries 
• Team-oriented approach
• Openness to work fixed hours within the time window of 8:00 am - 8:00 pm and also to work on weekends
