Your responsibilities 💼

We are looking for a Logistics Specialist who can take care of worldwide logistics tasks, supported by our Logistics Manager, and who can speak French at a conversational level. That person will also help maintain the accuracy of our internal inventory system by performing regular data checks. On top of that if you love board games as we do - you can land your dream job with us.

What you will do: 💡

- With the support of our Logistics Manager:

👁‍🗨 Distribution (planning and booking trucks through our 3PL in EU and US)

👁‍🗨 Transfers between warehouses

👁‍🗨 Pickups from factories mainly in China and Poland, but anywhere in the world

(ground, air and sea shipments)

👁‍🗨 Convention shows planning (from a purely logistics standpoint)

👁‍🗨 Special projects fulfillment

👁‍🗨 Interactions with our international warehouses and teams, in English and in French

Cooperate with our manufacturing, studio, sales and marketing teams.

Our requirements 💼

💡 Minimum 1-2 years of experience in logistics

💡 Extremely self-organized and self-driven

💡 Heavily detail-oriented

💡 Open to work in the international environment on a truly global scale

💡 Being into board games will help you a lot :)

💡 Fluent usage of English and French orally and in writing is a must (minimum B2)
